This is such a powerful concept that it has been endorsed by numerous magazines and newspapers such as Forbes, Money Magazine, The New York Times, Consumer Reports and the Los Angeles Times.  It has also been featured on ABC and CBS News and the Oprah Winfrey Show.

This plan works with any lender.  It does not require refinancing, requalifying, credit checks or appraisals.  It keeps your monthly mortgage payment the same as it is now.  The concept is pretty simple.  As our client, we enroll you in a proven, endorsed plan that will pay your mortgage earlier by making biweekly payments instead of monthly payments.  This is done via authorized automatic deductions from your bank account.  These are known as Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs)
, and we set those up for you.  Regulation E controls all EFTs and all payments are made through FDIC-insured financial institutions, so your money is always safe.

By the end of the year, you have made 26 half payments, or the equivalent of 13 months of payments.  The extra two half payments that were collected during the year are immediately sent to the lender with specific instructions to apply them directly to your principal.  This effectively pays off your mortgage years ahead of schedule without changing the amount of the monthly loan payment to the lender.  Your equity is accelerated, so your net worth is higher almost immediately.

This is an ideal program for someone paid weekly or biweekly.  Instead of using a large portion of one or two paychecks to make the mortgage payment, the same, manageable amount (one-half the regular mortgage payment) is paid automatically every two weeks.

"I have asked my bank many times to explain how my payment was calculated and no one could give me an answer.  It's great there's a service like yours to figure these things out."
